1. i believe that the quest cape to get it u had to ask a donor or a mod/admin to get it well thats how i got mines anyways

Correct answers to the questions:

1. The Quest Cape was not Mod/Admin only, it was in the Duel Arena and anyone could get it after completing one quest...Dragon Slayer.

2. Summoning would lag the entire server wherever you were not just at the GE.

3. The Owner is Ryan. He didn't ask about past owners, but about what the Owners name was. However those facts you posted I do not believe are true, but for that you will have to ask someone else.

as soon as i read number 1 i was like "oh yeah" i dident kno u could of gotton it atr the dual area........ so i got that 1 wrong......

for 2, i basically got that 1 right be cause i only noticed it would lag the server at the g.e no1 would summon anywhere else

number 3 i was right....... just added alil more info....
